During the planning phase, we will be in touch to help us finalise all the finer details. We will do all the research for flights, transport, the trails and other potential activities/things to do and see, and will provide you several accommodation options.

We only ask you to pay 50% of the invoice amount upon agreement and the remaining amount will be due when you are 100% happy with the result. In the unlikely case you are still not getting what you are after we will refund 50% of your deposit.
