Planning a walking holiday can be a daunting task. Even after many hours of research you can still sometimes not know which trails to do. With our personal travel planning service we are here to make your life easier. We can plan your whole walking holiday itinerary with the best trails in your chosen area from only £80. We specialise on hiking trips in Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece, Cyprus, France and UK. We have extensive knowledge of the trails of  Catalunya (Spain), The Algarve (Portugal), Cyprus, Hungary and the Robert Louis Stevenson Trail (France).

How personal travel planning works:

Simply send us an e-mail (trailnotesplanner@gmail.com) with your requirements. Tell us about your ideal getaway; where you would like to explore, how long for, what is your budget and the type of accommodation you require.

Once received we analyse it and get back to you with a proposed date for completion and an invoice for the personalised travel itinerary. If you'd like to go ahead with the service just let us know and we get to work immediately upon receiving payment. We only need you to pay 50% of the due amount upon agreement and the final amount is due when you receive your travel itinerary. Paying is easy, just follow the PayPal link in the invoice. During the planning phase we may ask you further questions help us finalise all the finer details.

We will do all the research for flights, transport, the trails and other potential activities/things to do and see and will give you several accommodation options.

What will you receive:

• A pdf brochure with the full itinerary;
• flight options;
• one of our Cicerone guidebooks if relevant to destination (7+ days);
• local transport options and approximate cost;
• list of accommodation and approximate cost;
• all hiking trails with full description;
• GPS routes;
• list of other activities or things to do with approximate cost.

What is NOT included:

• Flight tickets;
• accommodation;
• transfers;
• organised activities;
• any entry fees;
• travel insurance; It is highly recommended that you take out travel insurance;
• any visas that you might need.

Remember that we only do the personal travel planning therefore we are NOT responsible for any of the bookings or availability related to your trip! We do our best to make this process as easy and accessible to you with links provided to the appropriate websites.

Prices:

We only require you to pay 50% upfront and the rest upon receipt of your travel itinerary. Pay easily with PayPal via the invoice.

Refund policy:

We only ask you to pay 50% of the invoice amount upon agreement and the remaining amount will be due upon receipt of the Personal travel planning documents. We are confident that you will be satisfied by the result, however if you are not happy with the plan we will tweak it until you are 100% happy. In the unlikely case you are still not getting what you are after we can give 75% of your money back before your trip commences.
